Not legal advice

TrustPacket provides informational self-assessment tools and documentation templates. It is not legal advice, not a conformity assessment, and it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. You remain responsible for your own compliance and for confirming that the facts you provide are accurate. Consult qualified counsel for binding assessments.

Paddle transaction and Supplier Terms

Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for the transaction. You purchase the Product through Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms. TrustPacket supplies and licenses the Product and provides product access, generation, support, and Monitoring under these Supplier Terms. By completing checkout and using the Product, you agree to both Paddle Buyer Terms and these TrustPacket Supplier Terms. The operator details above identify the TrustPacket contracting operator and trading name for supplier-side product access, generation, support, and Monitoring.

The checker

The risk checker is free and provided as-is. Its output is a preliminary, rule-based classification of the answers you give. It cannot verify facts about your system or replace professional review.

The Documentation Pack

The Documentation Pack is sold in Starter Pack ($229) and Full Pack ($499) plans. Each pack is generated from your questionnaire answers after Paddle confirms a paid transaction for the selected product and price. Outputs are printable and editable templates, not legal opinions or conformity assessments.

Monitoring

Monitoring ($49/month) adds update alerts, template version regeneration, and a public compliance page for an owned Doc Pack while the subscription is active or trialing. Public compliance pages remain visible during a 30-day grace period after cancellation or pause. Paid regeneration is not available after cancellation, pause, chargeback, refund, or an expired grace period.

Retention and access

Leads and checker submissions are retained for 90 days by default unless you opt in to ongoing updates. Requested access codes expire after 15 minutes; initial delivery codes expire after 24 hours. Doc Pack inputs and generated documents are retained for service and support; deletion requests are completed within 72 hours except Paddle tax and invoice records.

Contract formation and order acceptance

A paid order starts when you complete checkout through Paddle. The transaction with Paddle is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, and your use of the TrustPacket Product is governed by these Supplier Terms. TrustPacket accepts the supplier-side order when Paddle confirms the transaction or subscription and the relevant Doc Pack or Monitoring activation flow becomes available. We may reject or pause fulfillment if payment is not confirmed, the product/price does not match, required legal or security configuration is missing, or the order appears abusive, fraudulent, or technically invalid.

Customer inputs

You retain ownership of the company information, questionnaire answers, descriptions, evidence, and other materials you submit. You grant TrustPacket the limited right to process those inputs to provide the checker, generate documents, deliver access links, operate Monitoring, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records.

Generated outputs and template licence

TrustPacket owns its software, questionnaires, templates, document structure, prompts, copy systems, and product logic. After purchase, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use, edit, print, and share the generated outputs internally and with your counsel, auditors, customers, investors, and procurement reviewers for your own business compliance work. You may not resell, publish, or repackage TrustPacket templates as a competing template, generator, or compliance product.

Confidentiality

We treat submitted questionnaire answers and generated Doc Packs as confidential customer material, subject to the subprocessors and access controls described in the Privacy Policy and Security page. You remain responsible for not submitting passwords, API keys, unnecessary personal data, regulated secrets, or third-party confidential material you are not allowed to share.

Prohibited content and misuse

Do not submit unlawful content, malware, trade secrets you cannot disclose, payment-card data, passwords, API keys, or highly sensitive personal data that is not necessary for the requested service. Do not bypass access controls, scrape aggressively, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or misrepresent TrustPacket outputs as legal advice, certification, conformity assessment, or official regulator approval.

Service availability and support boundaries

TrustPacket is provided as a self-serve online service. We aim to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent access to any third-party provider, or a fixed response time unless separately agreed in writing. Support is informational and product-related; it does not include legal advice, regulatory representation, legal drafting by counsel, or emergency incident response.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, a subscription is canceled or expires, a chargeback or refund revokes entitlement, required ownership verification fails, or we reasonably believe the service is being abused. You may stop using the service at any time. Monitoring subscriptions can be canceled through Paddle or by contacting support.

Monitoring renewals and cancellation

Monitoring renews according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Paddle processes renewals, invoices, taxes, payment method updates, and cancellation flows as merchant of record. After cancellation, pause, refund, chargeback, or failed renewal, update alerts, public-page maintenance, and paid regeneration may stop after any stated grace period.

Chargebacks and payment reversals

If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or marked fraudulent, TrustPacket may revoke paid access, disable Monitoring, remove public pages from active status, and stop regeneration. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Regeneration and version ownership

Regenerated documents are new versions based on the then-current TrustPacket templates and the answers available at regeneration time. You remain responsible for reviewing differences, preserving records you need, and deciding which version to rely on. Template updates do not mean prior documents were legally sufficient or insufficient.

Digital content and withdrawal rights

Doc Packs are digital content/services supplied online. If you are a consumer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. Before opening checkout, the TrustPacket checkout button asks you to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge: "I request immediate digital delivery after payment and questionnaire submission, and I acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights may be affected once digital content access or generation begins." Where applicable law allows immediate digital delivery to affect withdrawal rights, that effect depends on that consent and acknowledgement and on Paddle's Buyer Terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Dispute process

Please email support first with the order email, transaction identifier if available, and a clear description of the issue. We try to resolve billing, access, and product problems directly before either side starts a formal dispute.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's business address. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory consumer protections and forum rights that apply in your country of residence.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including provider outages, payment-network issues, internet failures, governmental action, natural disasters, war, labor disruption, or security incidents not caused by our breach.

Assignment

You may not assign your account or rights under these terms without our consent. We may assign the service or these terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar business transfer, provided the assignee remains bound by materially similar obligations for customer data.

Severability

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the unenforceable part will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original purpose where permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, law, or provider setup changes. Material changes will be reflected by the Last updated date and, where appropriate, by notice in the product or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be waived.

Payments and refunds

Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for card payments, invoices, tax records, refunds, and chargebacks. Payment, tax, statutory withdrawal, refund, and subscription cancellation flows may also be governed by Paddle Buyer Terms. You may request a refund within 14 days if the delivered pack materially differs from the contents described at purchase. Email us with your order email and a brief description of the mismatch. Eligible refunds are processed through Paddle. Doc Pack inputs and generated documents are retained for service and support; deletion requests are completed within 72 hours except Paddle tax and invoice records.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, scrape it aggressively, bypass access controls, share revoked or expired access links, or misrepresent TrustPacket outputs as legal opinions or conformity assessments.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for regulatory fines, lost profits, or indirect damages.
