Nothing on this site, in our documents, or in our emails is legal advice, a conformity assessment, or a certification. Using TrustPacket does not create a lawyer-client relationship. You remain responsible for your own compliance; consult qualified counsel for binding assessments.

The checker

The risk checker is free and provided as-is. Its output is a preliminary, rule-based classification of the answers you give — it cannot verify facts about your system and may not reflect the most recent guidance.

The Documentation Pack

The Documentation Pack ($299, one-time) is a set of documentation templates generated from your questionnaire answers immediately upon questionnaire submission, in printable and editable formats, with one round of revisions included. 14-day guarantee:if the pack doesn't match what is described on the pricing page, tell us why and we'll refund in full.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, scrape it aggressively, or misrepresent our documents as certifications or legal opinions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for regulatory fines, lost profits, or indirect damages.
