Pricing FAQ
What does "per AI system" mean?
Each distinct AI system (different intended purpose, different risk classification) needs its own documents. If you have one CV-ranking tool and one chatbot, that's two systems. If you have two versions of the same tool, that's one system (you update the docs when you ship the new version).
Can I upgrade from Starter to Full?
Yes. Email us with your order token and pay the difference between the current Starter and Full prices; we'll regenerate your pack as Full with the Article 27 scope/support draft included.
What happens if I cancel Monitoring after a few months?
You keep the last set of documents you generated. Public compliance pages remain visible during a 30-day grace period after cancellation or pause. Alerts and paid regeneration stop when the subscription is no longer active or trialing.
Do you offer discounts for volume or non-profits?
The 2nd-system-onwards discount ($199 instead of $229) is automatic. For 5+ systems or non-profit use, email us— we'll work something out.
Refund policy - what qualifies?
You may request a refund within 14 days if the delivered pack materially differs from the contents described at purchase. Email us with your order email and a brief description of the mismatch. Eligible refunds are processed through Paddle.
