Pricing FAQ
What does "per AI system" mean?
Each distinct AI system (different intended purpose, different risk classification) needs its own documents. If you have one CV-ranking tool and one chatbot, that's two systems. If you have two versions of the same tool, that's one system (you update the docs when you ship the new version).
Can I upgrade from Starter to Full?
Yes. Email us with your order token and pay the $200 difference — we'll regenerate your pack as Full with the FRIA included.
What happens if I cancel Monitoring after a few months?
You keep the last set of documents you generated. The hosted compliance page stays live for 90 days after cancellation (enough time to move it elsewhere). No lock-in, no penalty.
Do you offer discounts for volume or non-profits?
The 2nd-system-onwards discount ($199 instead of $299) is automatic. For 5+ systems or non-profit use, email us— we'll work something out.
14-day refund — what qualifies?
If the documents don't match the description (wrong number of docs, missing sections, technical errors), we refund in full. If you're unhappy with the classification itself, we'll review it with you — if our tool made a mistake, full refund. If you simply changed your mind, no refund (but we're flexible case-by-case).
