For Doc Pack customers

Your documents are generated from current TrustPacket templates.
Still aligned in 2027?

The AI Act is not finished — standards, guidance and enforcement practice keep moving. Monitoring helps keep your documentation aligned with current TrustPacket templates without you reading every update yourself.

Update alerts that tell you what to do

When the Commission publishes guidance, harmonised standards land, or deadlines shift, you get an email: what changed, whether your tier is affected, and the concrete action to take. No noise — we only send when something actually affects you.

Template versioning + included regeneration

Our document templates carry a version. When we update them to reflect new requirements, active or trialing subscribers can regenerate documents with the same answers and current template. Non-subscribers buy a new pack.

A public compliance page for vendor questionnaires

A hosted page at https://www.trustpacket.app/c/your-company showing your risk tier, maintained documents, last-reviewed date, template version and recent update history. Paste the link into enterprise questionnaires instead of re-answering the same 40 questions.

Priority support

Subscriber replies go to the front of the queue. Revision requests on your documents are handled first.

Requires an owned Doc Pack before activation.

Paddle handles subscription billing, receipts, tax invoices, and cancellation.

Public page stays visible during the 30-day grace period after cancel or pause.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI Act really change often enough to matter?

Yes — implementation is ongoing. Harmonised standards are still being drafted, the Commission publishes interpretive guidance regularly, and member-state enforcement bodies are still forming. See our public updates log for what we have tracked so far — that log is the proof of work, not a promise.

What exactly happens when I cancel?

Alerts and included regeneration stop at the end of your billing period. Public compliance pages remain visible during a 30-day grace period after cancellation or pause. Your documents remain yours.

I have not bought a Doc Pack yet. Can I subscribe anyway?

Monitoring keeps an existing Doc Pack current, so you need one first. Start with the free checker, then a Starter or Full pack — monitoring is offered right after delivery.

Is the compliance page an official assessment?

No. It shows your self-assessed tier, the documentation you maintain, and when it was last reviewed. Formal conformity assessment under the AI Act comes from the applicable legal route, not from TrustPacket or any software vendor.
